Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles per the package instructions but take them out a minute early.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chopped meat (or tofu), veggies, soy sauce, and half your cheese. Stir gently.
- Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish and add the broth.
- Place the frozen dumplings on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Once done, let it rest for a few minutes and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can assemble everything the night before and slide it into the oven when ready. This dish is versatile; swap in your favorite veggies or proteins.
