Prepare the Meringue
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the egg whites using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whip until thick and glossy.
- Add the vinegar and cornstarch, gently folding them in until combined.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a tree-like shape with peaks and valleys.
Bake the Meringue
- Place the meringue in the preheated oven and bake for about 90 minutes.
- Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside until it cools completely.
Assemble Your Pavlova Tree
- Once cooled, gently transfer the pavlova to a serving platter.
- Spread the whipped cream over the top.
- Decorate with sliced strawberries and dollops of passionfruit pulp.
- Add a few mint leaves on top for garnish.

Don't rush the meringue process; humidity can affect the texture of the meringue. Get kids involved for decoration.
