Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil if using.
- Lay the bacon strips out flat on the baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
Cooking
- Bake the bacon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, checking after 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove the bacon and allow it to drain on paper towels.
Serving
- Serve the bacon piled high on a plate and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy bacon, choose thicker cut bacon. Experiment with spices like brown sugar or cayenne pepper for a twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
