- In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Make sure sugar is dissolved to avoid any lumps.
- Add the Lil' Smokies and pineapple to your bowl, mixing well to ensure every piece is coated in the sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, arranging the smokies if desired.
Cooking
- Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Once done, serve the bites warm with toothpicks for easy picking.
Notes
Make it ahead by preparing the smokies and sauce the night before, and refrigerating until ready to bake. Feel free to add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick or swap the pineapple for BBQ sauce.
