  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional) Adds extra zing.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the Little Smokies and pineapple chunks into the bowl, making sure to coat them with the mixture.
Baking
  1. Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the sausages are heated through.
  3. For crispy edges, broil for an additional minute or two, watching carefully.
