Cake Ingredients
  • 1 box 1 box of cake mix (vanilla) Vanilla works best
  • 1 cup 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup 1 cup of crushed pink Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies) Use as needed
Frosting and Decoration
  • 1 can 1 can of pink vanilla frosting Or your favorite frosting!
  • to taste pieces Extra pink Oreos for decoration Use as desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed pink Oreos.
Baking
  1. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and smooth the tops.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frosting and Decoration
  1. Once the cakes are cool, spread a layer of pink vanilla frosting on top of one layer, sprinkle some crushed Oreos, and then place the second layer on top.
  2. Frost the top and sides of the cake, and finish decorating with whole pink Oreos.

Notes

You can easily double the recipe for a tiered cake. For an extra zing, add a few drops of almond extract to your batter. Replace some of the cake flour with crushed Oreos for a richer flavor.
