  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and rosemary.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle the honey mustard mixture over the top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. If desired, broil for the last few minutes for a crispy finish.
Serving
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
