- Preheat your cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and rosemary.
- In another bowl, whisk together the olive oil, milk, and minced garlic.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Grease the skillet lightly with olive oil if needed.
Cooking
- Pour the dough into the hot skillet, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with extra rosemary and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Transfer it into a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and baked through.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to double the garlic for a stronger flavor. Leftovers should be wrapped tightly in foil and stored at room temperature for a day. Reheat in the oven to restore the crust.
