Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, pinching the seams together.
Layering
- Layer the chopped corned beef on top of the dough.
- Spread the sauerkraut generously on top of the corned beef.
- Drizzle the dressing over the sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle half of the Swiss cheese on top.
- For an adventurous option, repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the rest of the Swiss cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Allow the dish to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add chopped pickles or jalapeños for an extra kick. Substitute sauerkraut with coleslaw mix for a milder taste. The dish can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
