- Generously spoon the mixture into each jalapeño half.
Cooking
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs for garnish before serving.
Notes
You can customize the filling by adding cooked bacon, different types of cheese, or chopped vegetables. For a make-ahead option, store stuffed jalapeños in the fridge until ready to bake—add a few extra minutes to the cooking time if they are cold.
