- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Stuff the Peppers
- Using a butter knife or small spoon, generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheesy filling.
Bake
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden-brown.

- Let the jalapeño bites cool for a minute before serving them warm. Pair them with a tangy dipping sauce or enjoy them plain.
