Ingredients

Seafood and Vegetables
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 2 cups baby potatoes (halved)
  • 1 ear corn (cut into thirds)
Seasoning and Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 slice lemon sliced
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Miscellaneous
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil to prevent leaks

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tear off large sheets of aluminum foil—about 12 inches long.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab legs, baby potatoes, and corn. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well-coated.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets and place a few lemon slices on top of each portion.
  2. Fold the sides of the foil over the seafood to seal each packet tightly.
  3. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Carefully open the packets once done, letting the steam escape. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes

Try adding sausage for more variety! This recipe is forgiving; feel free to swap out veggies or seafood as needed. Let family members open their own packets for added fun!
