Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough Refrigerated type works best
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits Include strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas
  • to taste honey or mint Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 175°C) and line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
Cream Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat the mixture until creamy and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base.
  2. Arrange assorted fresh fruits beautifully on top.
  3. Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with mint for added flair, if desired.
Serving
  1. Cut into squares or wedges and serve.

Notes

You can prepare the cookie base and cream topping a day ahead and assemble right before serving. Any leftover pizza can be stored in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container.
