  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Frozen works in a pinch but fresh is preferred.
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped Feel free to buy pre-cooked to save time.
  • 1 cup lump crab meat Because we’re fancy like that.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened The creamy heart of this dish.
  • ½ cup sour cream For a touch of tanginess.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese The more cheese, the merrier!
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Hello, flavor!
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped Optional, but they add a nice touch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your softened cream cheese with the sour cream, garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently stir in the shrimp, crab, spinach, and cheddar cheese until everything is evenly combined.
Cooking
  1. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or veggies.

Notes

Feel free to customize: substitute shrimp with more crab or add diced artichokes. You can assemble the dip a day prior and refrigerate before baking. If the dip seems too thick before baking, mix in a splash of milk to loosen it up.
