Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and generously spoon the shrimp and crab mixture onto each slice.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add other toppings like sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick, or swap in different cheeses. Leftover mixture makes a great dip for veggies or crackers!
