Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take each wonton wrapper and lightly brush both sides with a bit of cooking spray or oil.
- Gently place the wrapped wontons into muffin tins to shape them into cones.
Making the Filling
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Filling the Cones
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each wonton cone.
Baking
- Pop the muffin tin into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden and crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Don’t Overstuff! Keep the filling from spilling over. Experiment with flavors by adding veggies like diced bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch. A sweet chili sauce or soy sauce with a splash of lime can elevate these cones.
