  • 1/2 scoop protein powder Your favorite flavor.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 banana mashed banana You can substitute with any fruit you love.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk Or any milk of your choice.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • fresh berries, nut butter, yogurt, or maple syrup Use any toppings you prefer.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash your banana until smooth. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined; do not over-mix.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe bowl or ramekin and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before adding your favorite toppings.
