Preparation
  1. Start by seasoning the sirloin pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Transfer the sautéed onions and garlic to your slow cooker, then add the seasoned sirloin bites, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and dried thyme. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Once done, ladle the tender sirloin bites into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
