Preparation
- Grab a cutting board and chop your cabbage and potatoes, and mince your garlic.
Layering
- In your slow cooker, layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom, followed by the chopped cabbage, cubed potatoes, and onion.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper over the top.
Cooking
- Pour the chicken broth over everything.
- Cover and set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
- Once done, stir it up to combine the flavors, and optionally sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or bell peppers, and for a little heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Leftovers store well in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
