  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Or fresh, if you’re feeling fancy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. Place pork rib tips in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Cooking
  1. Spread the marinated rib tips on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
  2. During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the rib tips with some leftover marinade for an extra-glossy finish.
  3. Remove from oven and let the rib tips rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Don't rush the marinade; let it soak for best flavor. Use foil for easy cleanup and feel free to experiment with flavors.
