- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Place pork rib tips in a large resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Cooking
- Spread the marinated rib tips on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the rib tips with some leftover marinade for an extra-glossy finish.
- Remove from oven and let the rib tips rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs.
