- Start by filling a large pot with the chicken broth. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Toss in the halved potatoes first and let them simmer for about 10 minutes until just tender.
Cooking
- Drop in the corn quarters and let them cook with the potatoes for another 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and crab legs, sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, and lemon juice, then stir well.
