- Add the shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Finishing Touches
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and sauté until just soft.
- Drizzle with lime juice and toss everything together.
- Nestle the cooked salmon back into the skillet and let soak up flavors for about a minute.
