Cooking Steps
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan, seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender yet still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce. Toss everything to combine and cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
- Serve the stir-fry over a generous bed of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
