Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green bell pepper, onion, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the casserole to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
