Ingredients

For the filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a hint of heat

Method

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Roll out your puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Cut the pastry into triangles and place a spoonful of the filling at the base of each triangle. Fold the sides over the filling, roll it up, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Use a little egg wash to seal the edges and brush on top to make them shine.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking. Serve fresh for the best taste.
