Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Roll out your puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into triangles and place a spoonful of the filling at the base of each triangle. Fold the sides over the filling, roll it up, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Use a little egg wash to seal the edges and brush on top to make them shine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking. Serve fresh for the best taste.
