Ingredients
  

Pasta and Protein
  • 8 oz fettuccine noodles or any pasta you love
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz flank steak thinly sliced against the grain
Sauces and Seasonings
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce divided usage
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 2 green onions chopped for garnish
Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Boil your noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Add a splash of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Marinating the Steak
  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced flank steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a sprinkle of pepper. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet, then add the marinated steak. Cook for about 3-4 minutes to brown.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the garlic, ginger, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir for a couple of minutes.
Bringing It All Together
  1. Return the cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the remaining soy sauce and the oyster sauce, tossing everything together.
Serving
  1. Plate your Steak Shrimp Noodles, garnish with green onions, and serve.

This recipe is versatile; feel free to substitute proteins or add vegetables like broccoli.
