Method
Cooking the Noodles
- Boil your noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Add a splash of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Marinating the Steak
- In a bowl, toss the sliced flank steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a sprinkle of pepper. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
Cooking the Shrimp
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet, then add the marinated steak. Cook for about 3-4 minutes to brown.
Combining Ingredients
- Add the garlic, ginger, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir for a couple of minutes.
Bringing It All Together
- Return the cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the remaining soy sauce and the oyster sauce, tossing everything together.
Serving
- Plate your Steak Shrimp Noodles, garnish with green onions, and serve.
