Cooking Steps
- Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions until they're tender but not mushy. Drain and toss with a bit of oil to prevent clumping.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the steak and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Add minced garlic, sliced onion, and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles back to the skillet along with steak, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss to combine and allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Don't overcook the shrimp; they can become rubbery. Feel free to customize with chicken or veggies. Adjust sauces to your taste, but don’t drown the noodles.
