Cooking the Steak
- Season your steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let rest.
Making the Creamy Garlic Shrimp
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining and Serving
- Slice the steak and serve it topped with the creamy garlic shrimp.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Feel free to add extra garlic for a stronger flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
