Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing your strawberries. Once they’re squeaky clean, slice them up.
  2. Reserve a few nice-looking strawberries for garnish.
Making Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain fluffiness.
Assembling the Trifle
  1. In a large trifle dish, start layering with graham cracker crumbs, followed by cheesecake filling and a layer of strawberries.
  2. Repeat the layering until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of cheesecake.
  3. Top with reserved strawberries for garnish.
Chilling
  1. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
  2. Serve when ready and enjoy.

Notes
