  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream
For the Crunchy Strawberry Topping
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries Fresh or frozen; if frozen, let thaw and drain excess liquid.
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For Serving
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish Optional garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until everything is nicely blended.
Make the Crunchy Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix crushed strawberries, Graham cracker crumbs, and granulated sugar.
  2. Slowly mix in the melted butter until it resembles sandy crumbs.
Assemble the Bites
  1. In mini cupcake liners or a muffin tin, layer the cheesecake filling in each cup.
  2. Generously sprinkle the crunchy strawberry topping on top of the cheesecake filling.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until they’re set.
