- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, poppy seeds, honey, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach or greens, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, red onion, crumbled feta, and nuts. Toss gently to mix everything together.
- Drizzle your dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Plate the salad in beautiful bowls, adding extra strawberries on top for flair. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
