Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Press this mixture firmly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Spread this velvety mixture over the cooled pretzel crust as evenly as possible.
  6. Spoon the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, evenly distributing the fruity goodness.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes

If your crust feels crumbly instead of solid, press it down more firmly before baking. This dessert can be prepared a day in advance, and you can substitute pretzels with crushed graham crackers for a sweeter twist.
