- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Once melted, add in the mini marshmallows and stir until completely smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring gently until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly.
- Let the treats cool at room temperature for about an hour, or until they are firm.
- Once set, cut into squares. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
