- In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Gently fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture, creating beautiful pink swirls.
Chilling
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and stir every 30 minutes for about 3 hours until it reaches a scoopable consistency.
