Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a wet paper towel. Remove the stems and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Stuffing and Baking
- Generously fill the mushroom caps with the creamy filling.
- Slice the green olives in half, and place one half on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Sprinkle a few red pepper flakes around the mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serving
- Allow the stuffed mushrooms to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping.
