  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless & skinless For easy cooking
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce To add that savory kick
  • 1 tablespoon honey For sweetness
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning
  • to taste fresh rosemary or thyme Optional garnish

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Once the chicken is browned, pour the cranberry glaze over it. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked through and the glaze has thickened, plate the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

If the glaze doesn't come out perfect, it's okay; it adds to the homemade charm. You can adjust sweetness by adding more cranberry sauce or honey to taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
