  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese Feel free to swap with Gruyère or cheddar.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves Dried thyme can be substituted with 1 teaspoon.
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter For greasing the pan.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with the butter.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, and salt until smooth.
