Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and half of the ranch dressing. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
Assembly
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Take a spoonful of the taco mixture and place it near the wide end of the triangle. Top with cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Roll the dough around the filling from the wide end to the point.
Baking
- Place the Taco Ranch Bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle remaining ranch dressing on top or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
Make it vegetarian by substituting ground beef with black beans. Enjoy them fresh out of the oven for the best flavor. Don't skip the garnishes!
