Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or turkey) for about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess grease from the meat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning along with about 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
- In a big mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with ranch dressing, corn, and black beans.
- Layer tortilla chips in a baking dish and pour the Taco Ranch mixture over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, then sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing or guacamole on the side.
