Preparation
- Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cooking the Steak
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the steak bites and sear on the other side for another 2-3 minutes, until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- Lower the heat and add the remaining butter to the same skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Combining and Serving
- Add the cooked steak bites back into the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
For additional flavor, crushed red pepper flakes can be added to the garlic butter. Serve this over rice or zoodles for a low-carb option.
