- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Form the mixture into a ball (or two smaller balls) and roll in the chopped nuts until thoroughly coated.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Once chilled, unwrap and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Make it a day in advance for best results. Customize with different cheeses or add dried fruits. Don't forget an assortment of dippers!
