Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is nicely combined.
- Scoop the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top.
Cooking
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
If the mixture seems thick, it will loosen up in the oven. For a nutrient boost, add some spinach. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish freezes well for about a month.
