  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped Perfect for leftovers!
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Optional, but makes it fancy!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is nicely combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top.
Cooking
  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  2. Once out of the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

If the mixture seems thick, it will loosen up in the oven. For a nutrient boost, add some spinach. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish freezes well for about a month.
