Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the round of brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, trim the rind for a more oozy texture.
- Spread the fig jam generously over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped rosemary onto the fig layer.
- Optionally, drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the top.
Baking
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is gooey and warm.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
- Serve with your choice of crackers or slices of baguette.
Notes
Experiment with different jams such as apricot or blackberry for a fun twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, but note that reheating may brown the cheese.
