  1. Start with the watermelon. Chunk it up into bite-sized cubes. Next, slice your kiwi into rounds and halve the green grapes.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, kiwi, and green grapes. Toss the fruits gently to mix their flavors.
Finishing Touches
  1. Drizzle honey over the fruit if desired and give it another gentle toss. Chop and sprinkle fresh mint leaves on top.

Notes
