- Start by melting the white chocolate chips. Heat them in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted, or use a double boiler.
- Once melted, stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming clusters of your desired size.
- Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the clusters firm up.
- Once set, pop the clusters out and enjoy your delightful sweet treats!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can customize the clusters by adding coconut flakes or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
