  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate.
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries Can substitute with raisins or chocolate chips.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. Start by melting the white chocolate chips. Heat them in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted, or use a double boiler.
  2. Once melted, stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming clusters of your desired size.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the clusters firm up.
  5. Once set, pop the clusters out and enjoy your delightful sweet treats!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can customize the clusters by adding coconut flakes or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
