- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then mix until well combined.
- Drop generous spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spoon.
- Chill the clusters in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Transfer the clusters to a serving platter or store in the fridge.
Notes
