- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and just starting to turn golden.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
- Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- (Optional) Blend it for smoothness if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute cream with half-and-half or milk for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Adjust garlic quantity based on your preference.
