  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and just starting to turn golden.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
  4. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce.
  5. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  6. (Optional) Blend it for smoothness if desired.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cream with half-and-half or milk for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Adjust garlic quantity based on your preference.
