  • 4 lobster tails
  • ½ pound jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lobster and prawns by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the lobster tails down the middle and remove the meat slightly, keeping it attached at the end.
  2. Make the garlic butter by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the seafood by brushing the lobster meat and prawns with the garlic butter mixture. Grill lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes, shell side down, and prawns for about 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. Baste the lobster and prawns with garlic butter halfway through grilling. Once cooked, remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
