- 4 lobster tails
- ½ pound jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the lobster and prawns by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the lobster tails down the middle and remove the meat slightly, keeping it attached at the end.
- Make the garlic butter by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the seafood by brushing the lobster meat and prawns with the garlic butter mixture. Grill lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes, shell side down, and prawns for about 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque.
- Baste the lobster and prawns with garlic butter halfway through grilling. Once cooked, remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
