  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Adjust according to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use sea salt for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for an extra cheesy flavor.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Chop finely before using.

Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, and let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in that creamy sauce. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overcook the pasta; al dente is your best friend here. You can swap heavy cream for a lighter version or add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes.
