Frying
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Test the oil by dropping in a crumb; it should sizzle.
- Carefully add the coated mushrooms into the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Final Touch
- Transfer cooked mushrooms to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
